I know there is heaps of info about Debit cards in the archives but i am on holiday and dont want to spend 2 weeks looking through all the un-relevant info.. so my question is: would my giving my bali friend my visa debit card be a cheaper option of transfering money to them? I could load it monthly in Oz and they withdraw at atm here??? anyone else done this?
