your card is the property of the bank and the only person that should be using it is you, if you choose to give it to a person in what ever country thats your choice, but be warned it is fraud if another person uses your card with your permission or not and that's the only way the banks see it and it doesn't matter what bank your with.
I think someone came up with a good suggestion using a travelex card, you can deposit into it and you get 2 cards, one for you and one for them. Once again don't know if this would be classed as fraud I imagine it would be, have not looked into that one.
I certainly wouldn't do it.
The banks are there to protect you not the other card holders.
You all do want you want to do but if it were me, I would set up a joint account in Bali that way its done legal, perosn holding the card in Bali is the card holder and you can deposit the money in Australia with the same bank.
