Ringing Jetstar every day and they still cannot answer me what happens to our flights with them that are cancelled and what will happen to all out connecting flights.
Today was told that a representative should contact me in the next few months.
I said what do you means months, I need to know now if I need to book an alternative flight to get to KL and then onto Bali.
But No it is months before we know what is happening.
Anyone got any ideas what I can do here. Is there a body in Australia that I can complain to.
Is there a ombudsman or anything.
