It is really wrong that you cannot contact them by phone.
I had an issue with them and had to write a letter, it takes at least 6 weeks to get a response.
I rang consumer affairs in perth and was told that basically there was nothing i could do and that there was no governing body in Australia.
That was a year ago so i don't know if anything has changed.
