The prevailing attitude from the company appears to be caveat emptor. You bought the ticket, you agreed to play by our rules. And dont expect the rules to be fair. Perhaps thats why there is no email address, phone number etc, every obstacle in the way of a complaint otherwise they would be over run with them.
