JetStar's public affairs dept will not want any of the bad image that tabloid TV can bring to the table...whether or not they are within their rights is not what counts right now: it's what message it sends to the greater public that would worry them: especially in light of the bad publicity the airlines are getting at the moment as they pull the pin on flights left, right and centre. It's not clear from your message, though, exactly what has happened? I get a sense that that some or all of your flights arrangements with them have been cancelled by the ailine but they are not giving you any advice on what alternative arrangemenst they can offer - and won't do so for some months to come. Is this what has happened?
