why is it not "an entirely legal service"? If it is also true that "non-payers" are made to wait longer because they haven;t paid an extra $26 to get to their first Bintang more quickly, then, I have to say, this is completely wrong to disrupt the "normal" queue in this manner. I thought extra staff would have been on hand to deal with the payers? I'd love to see what happens if an entire plane load turned up and had requested this VIP/VOA thingy.
