forward your comments to the villa owner, give them a week to respond, and if not, then publish your comments on trip advisor. when you email your feedback to the owner, let them know that you will be posting them on trip advisor, but give them the chance to apologise at least before doing so.
many of you will disagree, but i think its fair to give the owner the right of reply. it is obvious that they have been grossly negligent, but i do think that they should be given a chance to reply and maybe refund part of your payment at least.
