a motel in Oz & we feel that it our responsibility to be transparent in our advertising, to be true & correct. If we are presented with a problem then it is up to us to rectify or compensate if we fail to deliver.
If we fail to do this then do a negative review,we have already had our chance. But might I suggest you be constructive, rather than emotional, this can be difficult some times.
Have read a number of poor reviews in my time, of other establishments of course & they can come across as the rantings of a lunatic.
And yes in most cases we do get the chance to reply.
