Sorry but I feel you should immediately post your stay on Trip Advisor. I have my own business and would be out of business if I behaved like this woman. All her woes stack up to nothing. She fraudulently posted misleading info about her villa and then she took Colleen's money and provided a very shoddy service. So sorry to hear what you had to put up with -you are braver than I. After half a day I would have turned into a sookie lala and stomped off to find other accommodation. Then I would have grizzled loudly to every poor bastard who came within earshot.
