HELP REG BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

as we are traveling to bali on air asia and we booked over the net i need to know how to get more baggage allowance as we have got 15kilos
iv been in to archives but all confusing sorry we want to get extra baggage allowance extra 10kilos each. many thanks in advance
