If you go back to the Air Asia website and login. On the next screen, you will see a tab at the top "Manage My Booking". Click on the tab and your flights appear. Copy the booking no of the flight you want to change the baggage into the box above.
In the next screen, click on "Change meals/baggage" on the right.
