Are you taking one direct flight to Bali? If you are flying to Bali via KL, you need to pay separately for baggage on the Australia to KL sector and the KL to Bali sector. That could explain why no baggage is shown against one of your booking numbers.
I got caught out early this year. I paid for 20 kg for the Australia to KL sector and then 15 kg for the KL to Bali sector which did not make any sense.
