Thanks for all of your advice a week or two ago... it seems we have left things too late for this year and will bo doing local things instead for the September holidays. I can't believe how much is already fully booked!
Keeping in mind that we have a family of 5 (Mum, Dad, three kids aged 10,10,14 next year), and we are definitely restricted to school holidays (I'm a teacher), could we please have some advice about:
- how far ahead to book to ensure we get what we want... I know specials come up, and prices change, but that just confuses me more!
- where to book into... we stayed at the Dynasty last time and the kids thought it was heaven. Is it worth paying the big bucks needed now, or is there a decent alternative? As it is the only place we've stayed, we don't have a good idea about comparisons. We have very active kids! It seems having the 3 kids instead of two creates problems with rooms as well...
-is it better to aim for June or September holidays? (weather, crowds, availability). Last time we went it was just a month after the last bombings, and the place was very quiet. (Didn't queue once for any rides at Waterbom park...)I'm guessing it's very different now.
- How much money will I need to save (worried look on face!)
