Hi Bigpete I am also a teacher and a father but I have five children so our holidays are always well researched and planned. We are off in October for 3 months and a great deal of time has gone into the planning. We prefer villas and find they end up being cheaper than the decent hotels especially after negotiation on rates. We love the fact that with a villa you don't feel the need to go out every day, if you have had a big day it is easy to chill by the pool whilst watching new DVDs, this also helps with the overall costings.
