Departure Tax incl in ticket?

I have tried searching the forum but haven't found what I was looking for! I'm sure I read in the last few weeks that if you booked tickets from Feb 2015 onwards your departure tax was included in the ticket price? Except air asia flights if my memory serves me rightly?

We are flying home with Jetstar and was wondering if we needed to pay the 200,000Rp on the way out still or not?
