included in the airfare for Garuda Business Class passengers. Our hotel checked this for us and advised it only applied to domestic fares (do they pay DT?).
Anyway, we ended up paying the DT as part of the check-in procedure at the Garuda dedicated Business Class check-in area. No probs.
