I went into AA Manage my flights - Mrs Pertholdie ,yes, again :( has spent to much so needed to increase baggage allowance. Came up as owing them Rp400,000 before baggage charge.
On this basis I would say that AA at least will collect the money off you before you proceed if not already on your ticket
