to Aust and have things sorted out close to home if it is offered? I'm sure its a different case for other nationalities but where Australian's are concerned, we have an excellent medical system which is paid for by each of us and we should be using it where possible rather than having medical procedures performed in what is often sub-standard conditions and for which you or your insurance company will pay plenty. Why pay twice for treatment? And, as you all know, those extra costs will be passed on to the consumer at some stage through higher premiums.
