Friends have found out the hard way that BIMC want the money up front (as soon as you walk through the door) before they will start any treatment. Sanglah is supposed to be a very good hospital as it also has an international section, built after the bombings. Glad to hear that your son is recovering. Yes if you csnnot afford in surance you casnnot afford to travel.
