A few years ago i read about a Bulgarian martial arts teacher whose students stormed Surya Husadha International Hospital in Bali over the hospital's refusal to release Veselin Ognyanov Yankov when he couldn't pay part of his bill.
I wondered at the time if hospitals have guards to stop non-paying patients leaving and your post confirms they do.
