On one holiday in Bali the hotel called in a brain surgeon to see to my son when he got Bali belly. Maybe because the doctor spoke great English, i don't know.
And speaking of brains - While she was on holidays in Bali last year an acquaintance fainted and was taken to hospital. (Sorry can't remember which hospital but can find out if anyone wants me to) At the hospital they insisted she stay there for 2 days while they did tests. Their final diagnosis was that she fainted because her brain is too small. Still makes me giggle, but then, she's my husband's ex ;)
Anyway back in Perth more tests were done and they show her brain size is quite normal and there's nothing wrong with her, lol, poor woman.
