A few weeks back I came across an accident near Amlapura. The Canadian rider was around 40 and had a bike back in Canada. He was clipped by a young Balinese idiot rider. Before the bike stopped sliding another young idiot rider hit them from behind.
He was relatively OK but his wife had broken ribs and it was difficult getting her into the car and hospital.
Better to have 4 wheels under you.
