1. Can I buy SD cards for my camera in Kuta? If so, where and how much.
2. My brothers girlfriend had her suitcase broken in to via the zipper on the way back home fom Thailand last Thursday. It looks like they jimmied the zipper with a pen or something. $500 worth of jewellery was stolen from it. I am going to use "Protectabag" from Brisbane Int'l Airport to wrap the luggage. I have noticed they have "Protectabag" at Denpasar airport. Has anyone else used this system?
3. I want to take the kids to the Monkey Dance at Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, Ubud, Volcano Tour, Bali Safari Marine Park etc etc. Should I book thru Dynasty Activites Centre OR just get a driver from out the front of Dynasty - I think "Raceng" has been recommended a fair bit on the BTF. How much should I pay for a full day's driving with a driver?
4.Waterbom Park - where will I find discount vouchers to take the kids here?
5. Paintings. I am getting mixed reports about whether to just bring the paintings home without the frames (back in to Brisbane) or with the frames still on, as the prices of getting themed framed back here is way too much. If bringing them home on the plane with frames, how do I get them wrapped so that they are not broken in stowage luggage. I am also very worried about borer.
6. I am going to take quite a bit of cash over (few thou). Do I have to declare the cash here in Brisvegas, then when we land in Bali??
3. Batteries. Should I take some over (for the camera) or is it cheaper to buy when we are there?
