Theft at Kumala Pantai

G'day All

Just wondering if anyone has ever had a drama at the Kumala Pantai with theft before.
Mum and Dad are there now and have had $500 removed from their room safe today. Their travelling companions have had $400 taken from theirs also.
Management have simply turned turtle and don't want to know.

This is not their first time at KP and they have always been well looked after, especially after a serious injury that mum sustained on the grounds 2 years ago.

I'm just wondering if this may be a common thing there and the staff have no way to move forward without incurring the wrath of senior management.

Would love to hear any experiences.
