Have already told them to insist on going higher up the food chain.
Apparently the big boss is in tomorrow but the temper may have cooled by then.

They are trying not to make waves, but as we both know that doesn't work.

I will be on the phone with the boss tomorrow having a chat as Mum and Dad are a bit reluctant to push hard on it.
I'll let everyone know of any outcome as I think it's important that incidents such as these are reported in the public arena.
Especially at such a popular hotel.

Bottom line though I guess...bloody room safes aren't to be trusted.

Must be Javanese room safes ;-)
Balinese ones would never do it ;-)
