in the long term, by 'rewarding' begging, are we actually encouraging firstly the continual abuse of children, and secondly, what on earth are those kids going to be like as adults?
We traveled to India, which was the best way to make you immune to beggers. I now only give to those who appear to be 'genuinely' disabled for what that's worth.
