I would just like to warn you - be careful when booking over the net. I booked directly on the net for 4 of us to travel Perth to Bali next October. First attempt was declined saying - no seats available on the flight we requested. Visa payment declined. I went back in and changed the morning flight to the afternoon flight on the same day and my payment was accepted. On checking my bank account the next morning I found they had deducted the amount out twice. On contacting Airasia they told me that because I had chosen to change my flights they would not give me a refund. They would however give me a credit - but this has to be used within 3 months. I can travel at any time - but I have to book within the 3 months or lose my money.
