I have had no resolution from my DOUBLE BOOKING via their site on 26 NOV emails from me on 26 Nov and 3 Dec have gone totally unanswered. My last email threatened to go to my credit provider and instigate a charge back. My phone calls just receive the run around.
One strange thing I have just noticed is my itineraries for both bookings have a 6 alpha numeric booking number whilst my credit card has a 7 alpha numeric ID so more mistakes from AA.
