When I called them to straighten out a "double booking" they initially offered a credit in the form of additional travel within a 12 month period.
When I complained that I didn't want to carry the interest on my C/C for the additional fares that they had taken, they reversed the payment straight away.
I would certainly keep trying at the call centre until I got a result.
