Let you know "what the refund will be"?

Now that sounds scary to me. There should be NO question about "what the refund will be"! Your fare was paid by you in good faith and ticket/s issued by IndoJet reflecting the full value of the fare paid.

The refund should be precisely what you paid - and not a cent less!

You didn't vary the ticket conditions as you did not ask IndoJet's permission to change your travel plans, so why should you be out of pocket just because IndoJet decided to "suspend" services.

Perhaps Island Bound, being close to IndoJet may know something about the true financial status of IndoJet and it is their way of "softening the blow" by preparing you for a refund of a lesser amount than you paid for your tickets.

The more I read, the louder the alarm bells are ringing!!!
