We did keep the hotel part of our package and we will be only getting back the refund for the airfares so i presume thats what she meant by work out what the refund will be - which shouldn't be to hard to do. I was given an amount when I spoke to them in early July and I did tell that to the lady on the phone and said to her that is what i expect the refund to be. Have to admit alarm bells did ring when she said that. Also I spoke to Indojet and was told by them that the reason it is taking so long is because it is going to their accountant and he has to go through each individual customer to see what the refund will be ie partial or full and that takes time.
