those who have been ticketed but who have not travelled due to IndoJet's "suspension of services" should be entitled to a FULL refund - no ifs, no buts!!

Those who were stranded in Bali with the return sector un-used as they had to pay for another ticket home should be entitled to the FULL VALUE of 50% of Fare Paid to Indojet - with (one would hope IndoJet would appreciate the inconvenience caused to their passengers) an "ex-gratia" payment to cover at least part of the additional costs incurred in the purchase of tickets with another carrier.

But then, perhaps IndoJet's "Accountants" are using a "Calculator" which has been "borrowed" or purchased well-used and tested, from a dodgy money changer in Bali.
