by a lot. We were due to fly with them on the 5th of July over the school holidays a family of five and they were heaps cheaper than the other airlines. We even went to the travel expo to see if we could get the fare cheaper there but no one could match it. But in the end we had to book with Air Asia via KL which ended up costing us $800 more on top of what we already paid. Obviously, if i could see the future i wouldn't have booked with them but who was to know and when you are paying for 5 people every dollar counts. We booked with Island Bound and last Thursday i phoned them asking how the refunds were going and was told we would have to wait the six weeks and we would get a letter in the next few days letting us know what our refund was going to be. We still haven't received the letter but not to worry our credit card company said they will get involved if we do not receive the refund. Lucky we paid by credit card.
