Insurance - Credit Card

Previously I always buy travel insurance when travelling to Bali
I just read the fine print on my credit card which says that overseas travel insurance is covered.
Has anyone claimed on their credit card, if so how did they go about it. I am a bit concerned that something will happen and we will not be able to prove to hospital that we do have cover
This trip we will be taking a 79 year old with us, can someone advise a insurance compahy that will provide cover
