Hi all, hoping someone can help regarding contacting someone in Bali from Australia. My sister is using her Australian sim card (Telstra) in her mobile phone set on roaming. She is texting (sms) us and we are replying direct to these messages but they are not getting through. I have a Virgin sim card here in Australia. My daughter is with Telstra and can text to her no problems......what am I doing wrong or has she got her roaming set to only recieve Telstra messages.
Told her to go with the Bali sim card like we always do but would she listen! She gets really cheap Telstra bills as an employee. Any help appreciated, thanks.
