I'm not sure but i have been told that when you want to ring or text a number you need to add +61 then drop the first 0 for example +61408256129 for a mobile. This is only advise that has been given to me for my up coming trip. It has been given to me by a frequent traveller to bali. Hope this helps. :) :)
