Good people,
We are going to be in Sanur at the Griya next April and want to celebrate a Birthday, at which there will be about 7 - 10 adults and 2 children, and had asked the Griya to quote.
Unfortunately, despite asking for something low-key, they have quoted $40 - $45US a head, just for a 3 or 4 course meal, then drinks and a band on top of that, and $6US corkage if we BYO!
That's about $70 each, if I wanted to pay that sort of money I would hold it back in Perth, not in Bali.
So my question is, has anyone recently held a party anywhere in Sanur, handy to the Griya if possible, that is not going to set me back an arm and a leg, or should we just simply reserve a big table at the Bonsai or the like?
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Regards, BJC
