The Village restaurant is just up the road, where you turn off Jl Danau Tamblingan into the Griya/Shanti driveway.
It is a lovely special restaurant and I dont imagine will cost you anything like your prices quoted. Go in when you arrive, check it out and the menu with prices.
You could try next door at Villa Shanti. Its restaurant is beachfront and sometimes they have a band too.
You can also try Jepun, although you would transport, its about 10 minutes away, further along Jl Danau Tamblingan (ph 28 7049) (They do say on their business card, free transport in Sanur area.)
