I knew you would come good with some suggestions.
I take the point about mentioning the word 'Birthday', seems to be an invitation to lift the prices, and especially if you combine it with 'special', but then again it is probably the same the world over not just Bali, silly me!
The only reason I asked for suggestions close to Griya is that one of our grandchildren will probably be in a pram, or require a piggyback from 'Boompa'!
Anyway a plan is forming, as we arrive 4 days prior to the party I reckon we will just check out some of local restaurants and those you lot have recommended, then simply pick the one we like the most.
