suggestions for 1 week stay

I am planning to holiday in
Bali the first week in April. There will be 6 middle-aged ladies in my group. None of us has been to Bali before and would like some suggestions for our itinerary. We usually stay at 4 or 5* hotels and like to see as much as possible given our limited time on the isle. all suggestions appreciated!
