well there are a few of them which area do you want?
Legian beach hotel, Mandira, Padma are all on the beach in Legian which is central to all shopping, food etc.
Aston and penninsular and Conrad are all popular in Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa which is quieter.
Hyatt or one of the Santrians over in Sanur are pretty good and it's also quieter.
Sofitel in Seminyak is flash and Seminyak has more boutique shopping and more upmarket eating.
Perhaps be more specific with your requirements.
many small hotels that are lovely too....and Bali's star rating is not the same as ours...their service is always way better too.
