returned early hours of Tues 7th, had seats in row 2 so was almost the first off the plane, yahoo no long wait to get home...WRONG.. 3 other planes had arrived just prior to ours so an hour wait for the luggage to come thru.. No problem still only 2.30ish, THEN another hour to get thru customs lines... still ok but should we be so lucky? NO over 2 hour wait for a taxi, the taxi line was half way along the front of the terminal and maybe 2 would arrive every 10-15mins... not many happy people in that line as the hours wore on, what is it with our airport??? surely for a city we should offer better service when international flights arrive. Almost had to agree with 4 young backpackers from Europe in the line, arguing amongst themselves about how they should have gone to Sydney as they had been told Perth was the middle of nowhere...
