when we went to a wedding in Perth somewhere Midland way and was the middle of no where, darkened streets etc.
Taxis came and someone jumped into the one we had ordered....we called again and again and again and finally at 2.30am (we were waiting since 12midnight and the only ones left),we had to go knock on the managers door and he very kindly drove us to the hotel.
Upon making a complaint call it was dicovered that the second taxi that was to come for us (the first took someone else), they decided to knock off and go home and not bother to get us.
That was about 4 years ago and we have never got another taxi in Perth since.
