Bali Dynasty vers's Bali Bintang

Trying to decide at which place to stay, please help.
This will be my 3rd time in Bali and taking my 70yr mum for her 1st time, she has bad knees and cant walk great distances. but plan on lots of shopping and eating out. I have had great reads on both hotels and am having a hard time deciding. any suggestions on which rooms to book (spacific no's)would also be appreciated. Do these motels get crowded at times because they are so popular or quiet at the moment. Are the restraunts within these hotels expensive.
