Have stayed at the Dynasty with my mother and it is very good for the older customers, they have market nights which sell craft wares, they have great chinese food, the irish pub, and the tropical cafe, it does have stairs but there are lifts so you could request a ground floor which leads to the pool and very relaxing.
Ramada Bintang is a much younger clientle, the Dynasty has an adults only area which if very quiet.
I would go with the Dynasty.
