I can only inform you of the Dynasty as I have not stayed at Ramada Bintang. As stated by bali keluarga there are a lot of stairs from the lobby to the downstairs area where breakfast buffet is held and also Gracie Kellys and hotel shop, but there are ways to go about this as there is another access that saves you walking up or downstairs (there are also a couple of lifts in hotel). In the front hotel entrance near lobby is the entrance to Gracie Kellys which also is the ground level and can be used as access to get from ground level to the lobby level, just walk from driveway entrance of lobby down the driveway a few metres then into gracie kellys outside entrance then your downstairs. Also you do not need to go to the lobby that often. There is also another entrance when not wanting to go upstairs out the front is a bridge that goes across a fish pond to save you the walk up the hill of the driveway to lobby and that takes you directly into the ground level of hotel where the cafe and breakfast buffet, shop toilets etc are then you go through here straight to gardens and pool area. So all your hotel facilities and restaurants are downstairs and are reasonably priced. There is The Lotus Palace Chinese Restaurant which is located up stairs near lobby (very nice) and like I said if inside hotel just take the way that you go out of Gracie Kellys to the driveway entrance then walk a few metres up driveway and your up in the lobby level. If you did choose the Dynasty I would recommend a Family Garden View Room it has 2 double beds and bathroom(they are all on ground level)and a bit quieter, you can also get family pool view rooms on ground level (a little bit more expensive than the garden view)or executive suites on ground level (their best room).if you go to Dynasty website they show the resort layout and where rooms are located. I have stayed here 6 times and have seen some people aged in their seventies stay there, and they are treated very well by the staff. In there busy periods like school holidays there are a lot of kids there, but have heard its been quiet at the present. Hope this helps and have a great holiday where ever you stay.
