I can only help with advice on the Dynasty.We stayed there last year.
Yes the hotel is great but I would have to say that the only real fault it has is the number of stairs around the Lobby area which you must use to acsess the hotel,steps at the front and steps to the lower lobby area and pool area.
The hotel is quite large and spread out over quite a distance, ok if you are fit and healthy. Not so good if you are not.
We considered this when thinking of taking my grandfather who has knee problems and in the end decided it would not be suitable for him.
Many of the rooms on upper levels require quite alot of climbing, but I'm sure if you email them with a request for a lower level room you would be okay. Don't rely on your travel agent for this,do it yourself, the Dynasty are terrific at responding to anything via email that you may require.
The restraunts are great and very reasonably priced I thought. A great selection to choose from.
