If you're talking about the Oasis Lagoon in Sanur, then yes, my wife and I have now stayed there twice and will be returning there in September for a little over 2 weeks again.
We love it. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pools. Comfortable rooms.
Meals are a little on the expensive side for Bali, but then an extensive buffet breakfast is usually included with the rooms for every morning.
They are next to Hardy's, have many restaurants, cafes and shops around them and are just a very short walk to the beach.
