To get to the beach; Step out of the hotel and turn left. About 5 minutes (walking) down the road, on the other side, there is Cafe Smorgas and Billy's Cafe on the corners of a little street. A couple of minutes down here will get you to the beach.
We've stayed in the deluxe rooms each time and haven't had a problem with them. I usually book them online for between $72 - $85 a night. There's usually a sale from their website, which goes through Agoda.
We've booked the Family Room for our next trip, which has 2 rooms in it for about $135 a night.
As far as noise goes, I've never had a problem, but then, we usually travel during the quiet period and I think everyone has different tolerances with regards to noise, plus, we seldom spend any time in the room during the day, so it has never been an issue to us.
